my unique blend of hands on experience , my Problem solving mindset, and how well I work with others. i’m also really committed to my work, and when i join a team, im all in.
why did you immigrate to Australia?
I moved to Aus to grow, improve my skills and
have have better job opportunities in an internatinal environment
How would you deal with a Couflict with a College/ How would you deal with a different coworked?
First I try to assess my own actions to see if it’s fault or not .Then, I speak to my colleague in Private to calmly discuss the problem and find a solation together.
I believe in respectful communication, and tanks to my management skills, i’m usually able to handle different Personalities Peacefully. I only involve my manager if it’s absolutely necessary.
Why do you want this job?
I’m really excited about this role bcz it maches my experience and skills.

why did you leave your most recent job?
yeah, my last job was remote, but the team and manager were really supportive. it was a great environment to work in.
The contract finished about 3 months ago and decided to look for something local here (Australia )
I feel like working with a local team would help me grow and connect more with the callure.
Also to be honest, the value of the Aus dollar compared To my Previous income (in my country, is a big difference and it really helps with living costs here so I think it just makes sense to buid my career here now.

I read about your company and have been interested working here for several months
I hoped graphic design Position would open up
So I created an alert on my LinkedIn to make sure I’d be noticed about openings right away

I have about 4 years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on both print and digital projects from simple design to bespoke and captivating brand identity, Packaging, broushors flyer designing website and application using software such a figma adobe xd,photoshop , illustrator and indesign
. And I confident that my skills match this roll

I really appreciate for having me today.
I’m Eli. I’m a graphic designer with about four years of experience at PEN company in Iran. I moved to Australia about two years ago
, and since then, I’ve been focusing on growing in the local design field.
I’m creative, fast learner, hardworking and have a keen eye for detail.
I enjoy working in a team and always focus on delivering polished results; in my last job, my managers often praised me for this.
I’ve carefully read the job description, and I believe my skills align with this role.
I’m so excited to help and make a positive impact on your team.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I hope to still be working with your company but higher position.
I like to be seen as a trustworthy person
I also hope to support and guide new employees with my experience i’ve gained
What did you like and dislike about your last job?
What i liked is:
I really liked my last job because of supportive manager
and tram
The other hand what i disliked there:
At first i didn’t enjoy training others, but later my manager asked me to train some of trainees and I found out I actually enjoy it a lot
What will you do in your 30 days here?
I will get a brief of my tasks and responsibility from my manager .
I will try to underestand the company’s rules, Polices and
how everything works
I will also get to know my team and build good relationships
Most importantly, I will work hard to prove that i’m reliable
and ready to help the team.
why should we not hire you?
you shouldn’t hire me if you are looking for someone who only does the minimum.
I’m experienced, loyal, Commitment and stay Productive and involved in my work.
what’s your greatest weaknesss?
one of my weaknesses is that i get really focuseal on my work.
sometimes I Pay too much attention to details and forget the time.
I know it’s better to find a balance between work and Personal life by setting clear boundaries

I do take risks, but only calculated ones. I always assess the situation first and never take a risk that could harm the team or the Company
For me responsibility comes first.

I work well in a team bcz i’m an active listener and i have strong communication skills.

Give me an example of a project that you had to plan and organised from beginning to end
Sure! I worked on a big environmental project at PEN — an engineering company.
My role was to handle the branding side and make sure everything looked consistent and engaging.
I led a small team of three trainees, taught them how to design for both print and digital, planned the work, and kept everything on track.
We finished the project on time, and the feedback was really positive — it felt great to take the lead and see it all come together.
البته! من روی یه پروژه بزرگ محیطزیستی در شرکت PEN کار کردم — یه شرکت مهندسیه.
مسئولیت من این بود که بخش طراحی برند رو مدیریت کنم و مطمئن بشم همه چیز هماهنگ و جذاب دیده میشه.
من یه تیم کوچیک از سه کارآموز رو رهبری میکردم، بهشون طراحی برای چاپ و دیجیتال یاد میدادم، کارها رو برنامهریزی میکردم و روند انجامشون رو مدیریت میکردم.
پروژه رو بهموقع تموم کردیم و بازخوردها واقعاً مثبت بودن — حس خیلی خوبی داشت که مسئولیت رو بر عهده بگیرم و ببینم همه چیز خوب کنار هم قرار گرفته.

Have you ever had someone follow you and your intentions were thwarted?
There was a time when i needed to convince of my teammate to adopt a workflow.
At first, they didn’t want to chang the way they were working.
so I had to provide strong document, customised my approach to their needs and suggest a test project to built a trust
So they agree my method and we kept using the new workflow, and it improved teamwork

Tell me about a time when you did something at work thant hand a Positive impact on your team or the organization?
Have you ever had a fist fight on the team?
During an important Project, one of my teammates faced a Serious Personal issue and couldn’t continue his task.
I didn’t want the Team fall behind, so I Took initiative to handle Some of his tasks and responsibilities and tried to supported the rest of the Team. this helped us stay on schedule and improve the team’s motivation in the end, our project manager Praised our Team work and collaboration.
