Textual presentation
It is a systematic and logical arrangement of data in the form of rows and columns with respect to the characteristics of data
Tabular Presentation
A tabular presentation that presents only one categorical variable followed by its frequency and percentage
One-way Table
Also known as cross tabulation table. It presents two categorical variables wherein the first is presented in rows and the second is in columns
Two-Way table
This table is used to organize quantitative data by summarizing it using intervals or classes. The data is presented using intervals, class boundaries, frequencies, midpoints, and relative frequencies

It is an attractive way of visually presenting the data using charts and graphs

It is similar to a bar chart, but it does not have spaces in between the bars. It used frequency on the vertical axis and class boundary on the horizontal axis
Histogram
In a histogram, it identifies the population of concern and the type of information presented

It looks like a line graph. It is a visually substantial method of representing quantitative data and its frequencies
Frequency polygon
A cumulative frequency graph for the classes in a frequency distribution . It is typically “UPWARD” in trend
OGIVE
It shows the median, quartiles, and extremes for a numerical set of data. It shows how spread out the data values are and is useful for comparing data sets
Box and Whisker
A presentation where the data value is divided into parts. They are numbers that are divided into all except the last digit and the last digit.
