unique, meaning that treaties are unique agreements to avoid calling them nations.

what are the two types of claims?
specific and comprehensive.
whats the difference between the two types of claims?
specific - i know what I am owed, (land).
comprehensive - when no other treaties have been signed therefore it is unseeded land.
