What to do if an attraction goes down
Make sure no guests are at any immediate risk. Radio Base (either signal 2 or 2g). Talk to guest and explain the situation, give an ETA. Test ride (confirm you'll be 10-6). Call into Base and signal 6.

Clear guests. Radio Base (Code S). Continue to keep area clear until maintenance resolve the code.

What to do for fight or harassment
Radio Base (unruly guests/security member needed ASAP). Keep everyone safe without getting involved. Get witness statements and fill out paperwork.
