The goal of the Alert Program State Network
The Texas (DPS) (SOC) coordinates the dissemination of qualifying missing person information with its resource partners. This is known as the State Network whose goal is to rapidly notify the public of specific missing person cases.
Only a law enforcement agency can make a request to activate the State Network.
