What are the clinical features of Henoch-Schönlein purpura?

A
  1. Skin: purpuric, non blanching rash usually on lower limb incl. butthocks
  2. Joint: Bilateral arthralgia+ arthritis, usually knee or ankle
  3. GI: abominal pain, malaemna,
  4. Renal: IgA glomerulonephritis and nephritic syndrome

What is the management of Henoch-Schönlein Purpura?

A

Usually supportive management
If proteinuria/haematuria
- regular periodical follow up until resolved
