Who was saint alban and what did he do
Alban was a roman soldier who hid a christian priest in his house to stop him being killed. The priest told alban about jesus and he converted to christianity. Soldiers came to arrest the priest but Alban put on his clothes and got killed for it by the governor. When he was martyred, many became christian and there is a shrine where he died to remember him as holy.
