Relative is simply being below average in income whereas absolute is complete deprivation of money
Relative is having no spare money for luxurys such as a phone where as absolute is having little to no food,water,healthcare,shelter,education and more
People in relative poverty are under less than life threatening situations compared to absolute

Climate- long periods of extreme weather
War- can lead to severe military spending and far less to public sectors
Poor education- in highly condensed countries prevents people from learning and getting better paying jobs to get out of poverty (never ending cycle)
