Q

What is a mole?

A

A mole is a measurement of chemical amounts. A mole is a simple way of counting atoms. One mole of any substance is it’s relative mass M(r) in grams. A single mole of any substance contains the same number (6.02 X 10^23) of atoms/molecules/ions/particles

Q

What is a limiting reagent?

A

A limiting reagent is the reactant that is completely used up during a chemical reaction. A reagent is in excess if some of it is left over once the reaction finishes.
