Family Mode

A

 FamilyMode lets parents monitor their family’s Internet usage on both home and mobile devices using the FamilyMode app.
 Allows Parents to control data usage, filter web content, check device usage, provides real-time location information and more for up to 17 (12 Voice, 5 MI) different lines for one monthly subscription fee.
 $10/month for entire account

JOD

A

 JOD is a 18 month lease which means the customer never fully owns the device.
 Customers will not have to pay any upfront taxes but still must pay any required down payment for device.
 Monthly payment price does not include sales tax and will be charged on the bill monthly.
 JOD is not recommended to be sold to customers and is not included in promotions
 You will not get paid on the upgrade if the customer has upgraded within the last 90 days. (They can upgrade every 30 days, technically.)

SyncUp Drive

A

 A SyncUp DRIVE will allow for a customer’s smartphone to get information directly from their vehicle.
 This product can notify users of the following information from their vehicle
(Set up virtual fence; Trip Start; Trip Complete; Low Fuel Warning; Speed Limit; Towing; Vehicle Disturbance; Check Engine; DTC [diagnostic trouble codes]; Low Battery; Maintenance Intervals; Recalls; Service Bulletins.)
 Best of all, it will come with Allstate backed roadside assistance so no customer will have to worry about being stranded.
 Device is available on any mobile internet plan of 2GB or higher.

EIP for Accessories

A

 Accessories are eligible for EIP for sales above $69
 Accessories priced over $100 will require half the cost down for that specific accessory, while the other half can be put on payments for 12 months.
 Accessories priced under $100 will not require half down. This means a sale can have multiple items priced under $100 and pay only sales tax up front.

A

 Attach rate is a percentage of phones leaving with accessories.
 Sim only activations do not count towards attachment.
 Only upgrades and activations with devices will count.
 1 accessory for 1 phone sale = 100% attach rate
 5 accessories for 1 phone sale = 100% attach rate
 0 accessories for 1 phone sale = 0% attach rat

Operational Excellence

A

-Assisted Support Charges are added to any activation done in store. This is a valid T-Mobile charge and cannot be removed unless discussed privately with manager.
-Sim Card Charges will be added to activations for devices requiring a physical sim card.
-Connect compliance measures the frequency you log into the T-Mobile Connect system for update articles, training, and more!
First responders and Military verification compliance will need to be verified in store. Failure to do so will result in loss of commission and sale.
