-worked in luxury retail in harrods through agency
-over 2 years
-worked in various diff departments mainly beauty
-1/2 yr in the Chanel beauty counter out of the 2 years in harrods
- made me develop better understanding of high end makeup & skincare and the importance of delivering premium cs
-was able to confidently tailor my approach to each customer,guide customer to a confident purchase by building genuine relationship, giving personalised product consultation, making sure they receive a memorable experience whilst upholding brand standards and values

Why did you apply for this role?
-initially long term customer of refy since estb 2020 w first product (brow freeze)
-since then non of refys products has never missed or failed to disappoint
-creates products that bring out ones natural beauty instead of concealing them
-helps in bringing out best & confident version of ones self
- relays to refys mission of simplifying beauty and empowering individuals to feel confident in their own skin
- drawn to refys focus on innovation and inclusivity like the strong stance on being vegan and cruelty free which rlly stands out
-going back to inclusivity refys social media presence and engagement with audience and supporters
-amazing cuz shows how authentic they are
-love a brand that shows and makes products that match their values overall
-being part of a growing and open minded brand like refs feels rlly exciting

how did you meet sale targets?
-individual daily and weekly targets ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 per day
-targets depended on the seasons
-consistently met and exceed those targets
-focused on building authentic connections w customs
-having different approach with each customer
-understanding their needs giving personalised consultations
-educating them on products followed up to brand loyalty
-stayed sharp on product knowledge
-so I can confidently make tailored recommendation
-crossell and upsell products when appropriate

what are your goals?
-goal is to grow with the beauty or luxury industry
-so that I can maybe one day move into a leadership role where I can help mentor or train others

-would like to start my own business in a few years

short term goal
-would like to put my all in to whichever role I get in a job
-for instance if I got this role I would like to become an expert in refys products and deliver the best customer experience not just for refy but also for Selfridges

How do you upsell or cross-sell products naturally?
-listening carefully for what customer is looking for
-someone came in looking for a brow gel
-ask generic questions to understand their routine a bit better and what type of finish they prefer
-once I understand their preference I would introduce complementary products that can enhance the look
-like pairing a brow gel with a brow pomade for more definition
-talk about the reviews product has received
-offer them if they would like to try it on
-that way customers feel guided but not pushed
-found that when recommendation feel more personal and helpful
-ppl are open to exploring more
Describe a time you worked as a team to hit a target
-during holiday season had teams sales target to hit for new fragrance launch
-had to work together to not only hit individual targets but also boost the launch performance
-took turns in focusing on diff roles handled consultation/makeup application & tills and gift wrapping
-made sure to follow up w customers who looked interested but didn’t purchase right away by offering samples and inviting them back later
-shared tips and skills amongst each other as a team
-I value as i’m always open and intrigued to learning new skills as there’s always room for improv
-as a result we was able to exceed our weekly team target as well and new fragrance became top seller of the continuous weeks

-connecting w ppl does that for me

-or seeing sum1s confidence light up after a makeover /purchase

-my ability to make people feel confident in themselves
-love when a customer walks out not just w their purchase but feeling better than when they walked in
