changing peoples views of a place, helping to sell the place to a target audience

changing the image or name of a place to combat negative perceptions, usually done via media

educational underachievement and poor health may be passed from parent to child

the firsthand experience of living in a particular place

as one thing goes wrong it has a negative impact on other things

a large scale prestigious project with distinct architecture made to improve the place
