A

Prior to 80 knots: Basically anything remotely weird

80 knots-V1: Engine fire, engine failure, fire warning, windshear warning, airplane unsafe or unable to fly

CA actions on RTO

A

-Say “REJECT”
-Close thrust levers and disconnect A/T
-Max manual or RTO braking
-Raise speedbrake
-Max reverse on SYMMETRICAL engines for the given conditions
-Stop on runway, don’t set the parking brake (unless evacuation needed)

FO actions during RTO

A

VERIFY:
-Autothrottle disconnected and thrust levers closed
-Max braking or RTO is being done

THEN MAKE NORMAL LANDING CALLOUTS:
-Speedbrakes up (or not up)
-Reversers normal (or no reverser engine number____)
-60 knots

CALL TOWER AT 60 KNOTS
