What is the UK Supreme Court?
A
Highest court of appeal. They set precedents to lower courts. Parties go to them with a set of facts and ask what the law says about it.

What is judicial independence?
A
Judges must be independent of control or persuasion by the executive or legislative. Judges are free to administer if they are free to act without pressure from government.

What is judicial neutrality?
A
Judges must never be influenced by any personal prejudice. Instead, they must fairly interpret the law so that it is applied impartially to all.

A
Judges who interpret the law through rulings made in court cases.
