First identify the problem.
Give your friends some space to think about it.
Direct approach.
Own up if there’s something you did.
Accept the result - If your friend wants to end the relationships, accept it and move on.
Let it be and move on. Make new friends.
Remain friendly.

1) Assertive - Direct and honest, expressing your feelings and respecting yourself and others.
From this behaviour you get = good results, a win - win feeling

2) Aggressive behaviour - Full of blame, experiencing anger and domineering and overpowering.
From this behaviour you get = control, humiliation, a win-lose situation.

3) Passive - Apologetic, giving up your rights by not being honest, doing what you’re told and feeling helpless and disappointment.
