•It consists of a soft, atraumatic tip
•non-malleable steel shaft and
•a proximal suction hub.
•The clear distal end allows for improved endoscopic visualization.
•The shaft consists of a steel tube, an inner Teflon liner and an outer polymer jacket.

•The colored band indicates the target sinus and tip angle specific to each Sinus Guide Catheter.
oThe tip angles are 0°, 30°, 70°, 90°, and 110°.
•The suction hub is designed for steerability.
o It contains a coated valve that enables suction when a balloon catheter passes through and when the suction control port is covered with your finger.
o It also has a flange feature which enables a “syringe injection technique” for balloon advancement.
o The suction barb fitting comes with suction tubing attached.
•The suction control port and the suction barb fitting are in line with the angled tip of the Sinus Guide Catheter.
