a traditional story focusing on the acts of Gods or heroes.

rules telling us how to behave
History - literary form
a record or account of past events.
letter - literary form
a written passage, sometimes of personal nature
list - literary form
a series of names, events, or words, usually set in order.
Sermon - literary form
a speech of serious or solemn kind often based on a passage from the bible.
Drama - literary form
a story about peoples lives, including dialogue and interactions
Parable - literary form
a story which serves to teach a lesson or provide insight into human nature.

We learn that sin has consequences and separates us from God.

To care for and respect all of God’s creation.

What is the difference between mortal and venial sin?
Mortal sins are deadly fatal because they sever ones relationship with God, whereas venial sins are less fatal.
