Oedema - fluid retention
Uraemia sx - itching, N,V,A, restless, bone pain, weakness

A
Anaemia: fe and epo Acidosis: an bicarbonate Oedema: furo Bone: vitD, Ca, bisphosphonates Leg cramps - clonazepan, gabapentin
Manage RFs: HTN DM Diet CVS - station, aspirin
Prepare for RRT
