Describe a method to investigate the effects of antibiotics or antiseptics on the growth of bacteria.
A
1) Disinfect work area and wash hands.
2) Label underside of agar plate
3) Put filler paper into different antiseptics, use forceps to place them onto seeded plate.
4) Incubate at 25⁰C for 48 hours.
5) Measure clear zone, in two different directions.
