The Canada Wheat Programme helped develop seeds, training, fertilisers and machinery. However, Tanzania didn’t get all the aid for free and had to pay eventually and the lack of biodiversity reduced soil fertility.

Genetically Modified crops that are modified to be able t withstand diseases and different natural circumstances

Definition
Growing plants without soil and letting them recieve all nutrients via water. While it is more expensive to set up, it is more environmentally sustainable than normal plant growing.
