- Auto injector ASAP - adrenaline
- 999 + say anaphylaxis - CPR if needed.
- Lie down + raise patients legs
- remove triggers
- repeat after 5 min interval if no improvement
what is given after anaphylaxis resolved?
Oxygen
IV fluids - if shock
Non-sedating oral antihistamine- when stable
Inhaled bronchodilator therapy e.g salbutamol if needed

100-150mcg
What is adrenaline doses for child 6 months - 5 yrs?
150mcg

What is mild croup treatment?
single dexamethasone oral dose
What is severe croup treatment?
Hospital admission

IM dex or nebulised budesonide
What to give if severe croup not solved by steroids?
Nebulised adrenaline
What is cystic fibrosis?

causes viscus sputum, chest infections + malabsorption
What is treatment for CF?
Mucolytics e.g. dornase alfa
causes clearance of sputum.
