Why does temperature affect respiration?

A

Enzymes (proteins that control all biochemical processes) require a certain temperature to work, if the temperature is too high or too low the enzyme will be destroyed.

What experiment did you do for this chapter?

A

Glucose and yeast are placed in 4 test tubes, the test tubes are then placed in water baths at different temperatures. The result is based on how much foam is in the container.
