• Runs along E shore, .3-.5nm out from just N of Vinland Transit Station S to King Spit.
• Includes waterfront and piers of Naval Sub Base Bangor, marked by “A”, “B”, and “C” buoys.
• No person or vessel can enter without permission from the Commander of Naval Base Seattle.

Security Zone Anchorage
• No anchors, grapnels or equipment that may foul underwater installations is permitted at any time.
• No dumping of nonbuoyant objects.
• Navigation is permitted within area that is not lying within Area #1, except when magnetic silencing ops in progress.
• Used intermittently by Navy for magnetic silencing ops. During ops quick flashing red beacons display on pier located in SE quadrant of area.
