What is a resultant force?
A
Two forces act on an object in the same direction then the sum of the two forces will be the resultant force.

What is a Balanced Force?
A
If the resultant force acting on an object is zero , all the forces are balanced.

A
If the resultant force acting on an object is not zero, all the forces are said to be unbalanced.
