Boston massacare
This massacre was a tragic event that took place in Boston were colonists through snowballs and chunks of ice at the loyalists soldiers. One soldier shot into the crowd within moments five people lay dead or dying in six more wounded.

Taxes were placed on import such as glass, paint paper and tea as a result of this act.

Boston tea party
The sons of liberty boarded a tea ship in the Boston Harbor and through 342 chests of tea into the harbor. This became known as the Boston tea party.
