Define Flexibility and ways to improve it
The ability to move a limb through an entire range of motion or for a muscle to be extended to its appropriate length
Define Muscular Endurance and ways to improve it
The bodies ability to keep going without the muscles tiring out. Things such as the mile can improve this skill.
Define muscular strength and ways to improve it
Body masses in muscles. This is important for athletes that have to use their physical strength to push objects or people out on the playing field lifting weights can improve this skill.
Cardiovascular Endurance
Running can improve this skill. Bodies ability long distances with fatigue.
What is rally scoring in volleyball?
The game is played up to 25 points and the team must win by 2.
What kind of serve is used in badminton?

What is a smash shot?
A hard hit shot downwards which forces the birdie downward, using a flick of the wrist.
What is a drive shot?
A fast and low shot, which makes a horizontal flight pattern over the net.
What is a clear/lob shot?
It is a high, deep shot to the back boundary line of the opponents court. This can be done by an underhand swing or an overhand swing. You want to get the shot up high in the air so it would give your partner and yourself time to adjust for defense or it can be used if the opponents is playing too close to the net.
What is a drops shot?
Set up and back-swing as you would for an overhead clear, turning your non racket shoulder to face your target. Hole your racket arm high with the racket head behind you at about shoulder height. Position yourself behind and beneath the shuttle.
Define Body Composition,
A ratio of body fat relative to other body tissues.
