Revocation by Physical Act

A

2 requirements -

(1) statutorily prescribed physical act AND
(2) recovcatory intent

Statutorily prescribed physical acts:
-burning
-tearing
-canceling
-obliterating
-destroying
AND there has to be testamentary intent!
