I helped convince Thomas Jefferson to write the declaration. I actually wrote a declaration about a year before the actual declaration. I also helped persuade France to join the patriots side.

He spied on the British pretending to be a run away slave. He is African American and got some important information for the American side

He helped American Prisoners escape the British control, he is Jewish, and he was also captured by the British, but they spared his life to try and get information from him about the Americans

He led the Americans to victory at Bonhomme Richard vs. Serapis. He also changed his name to disguise himself

He was an influential town leader, judge, historian, schoolmaster, archeologist, and a soldier. He eventually becomes a school teacher.

She fought for woman’s rights. She wrote to her husband (the president). She kept writing to him about remembering the women.

She disguised himself as a man to fight in the Revolution. She was discovered when she got sick.

He bought ships and supplies and sailed to America to help the Patriots side. He also became a valuable commander in Washington’s army

He trained some soldiers to march, use their bayonets, and execute orders quickly on the battle field. He also helped create the Blue Book that helped the soldiers threw threw the war.

after a month long siege he surrendered to Washington’s army, ending the military part of the Revolution.

He led the Americans through the American Revolution. At Valley Forge he turned my army into a professional army.

Where: Massachusetts
What: The first shots of the Revolution were fired. The colonists forced the British to retreat back to Boston and were held there under siege for 11 months.

Where: Northeastern New York (on lake Champlain)
What: The Green Mountain Boys took over Fort Ticonderoga and in the fort there were many weapons and canyons. Now the colonists had more weapons and canyons to use in the upcoming battles.

Where: Charlestown, Boston
What: It was the first major and important battle of the American Revolution.

Where: Long Island
When: August 27, 1776
What: Forced Washington to retreat to Pennsylvania. This lead to a very harsh winter with not a lot of supplies and a lot of soldiers becoming sick.
