A

Operant conditioning-
Positive reinforcement- argyle suggested individuals who are rewarding are most liked and pos non verbal cues eg smiling reinforce certain behaviours
Negative reinforcement- helps us deal with the negative feeling
Makes us more likely to see them as they remove the negative feeling
