Psoriatic arthritis presentations?

A

asymetrical oligoarthritis - most common
distal arthritis - DIPJs
or may have symetrical polyarthritis.

psoriasis may present many years later and they are likely to have a family history of the disease.

A

1-4 weeks after urine infection or GIT infection

usually single knee joint

Incldue:
enthesitis
painless penile ulceration
keratoderma blennhorhagicum - soles and palms plaques
iritis
