- Asthma - 90% of patients
- Blood eosinophilia
- Paranasal sinusitis / Nasal polyps
- Mononeuritis multiplex
- pANCA positive in 60% of patients
- Pulmonary haemorhages

Features of Granulomatosis with polyangitis?
A
- Upper respiratory tract infection - epistaxis, sinusitis, nasal crusting.
- lower respiratory tract - dyspnea / hemoptysis - caviating leisions
- rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis - pauci - immune
- saddle shaped nose deformity
- vasculitis rash, eye involvement such as proptosis, cranial nerve leisions
- cANCA positive in > 90% of patients, pANCA in 25%
- renal biopsy : epithelial crescents in Bowman’s capsules
