Sarcoidosis , IBD, TB, Post-Strep infection , COCP or Idiopathic , Leukaemia.

A
CXR , Mantoux Tuberculin skin test (Rule out tb), Biopsy lymph nodes, Serum ACE, Blood bone profile , ECG, Lung function tests

what are the 2 complications of Sarcoidosis ?
A
Breathlessness secondary to pulmonary fibrosis
Hypercalaemia from UV light exposure
