Sinus Arrest
Rate: Varies, depending on number of missing beats.
Rhythm: Regular or irregular Rhythm picks up in same spot after missing beat(s)
P wave: Normal with 1:1 conduction when present. Not present during missing beats

Sinus Block
Rate: Varies, depending on number of missing beats (only 1 at a time)
