MANAGEMENT

A

Maintain preload: 1-2 L NS
Do NOT use nitrates - this will reduce preload
Intropic support with Dobutamine if unresponsive to NS

MONITOR
Shock

ECG CRITERIA

A

ST-segment elevation is present in V1 and V2, the magnitude of ST-segment elevation in lead V1 exceeds the magnitude of ST-segment elevation in lead V2

ST-segment elevation is present in lead V1 and ST-segment depression is in lead V2

ST-segement in V1 is isoelectric and ST-segment in V2 is significantly depressed

The magnitude of ST elevation in lead III exceeds the ST-segment elevation in lead II
