Q

Thoracolumbar flexion - tape measure

A

Position: standing

First Mark: C7 spine

Second Mark: S2 spine midway between PSIS

Alignment: tape measure between first and second marks. Record starting distance.

Instruction: bend forward as far as possible while keeping your knees straight

Measurement ending: about tape to unlined while maintaining against back. Record ending distance. Subtracts Starting distance from ending distance.
