Sanctification: the ongoing process of being perfected by the holy spirit

it shows us dying to our sinful selves and then being raised into Life in the Spirit

We are longer trapped in the cycle of disobedience created by the Law. we dont follow all the old laws to have a relationship with God. We relate to God through a direct relationship with the Holy Spirit
what does it mean that we have recienved a spirit of adoption
we are all equal before God and heirs with Christ
