rhinophyma - irregular areas of tissue , hypertrophy of nose
may cause papules or pustules like acne vulgaris
episodic flushing
blepharitis

high factor suscreen

predominantly erythema / flushing
topical brimodine
mild to moderate papules or pustules
topical ivermetcin
or
topical metronidazole
or
topical azelaic acid

moderate to severe
topical ivermetcin and doxycyline

symptoms not managed = laser theraoy
