Phase 1 - assessed in a range of physical + skill based tests. Analysis of training and competition history

Phases 2+3 - physical + medical screening. Psychological assessment. Prepared for further training

Phase 4 - 6-12 month placement in elite training environment

What is the world class programme

• financial support for elite performers. E.g. housing, living costs, coaching, equipment, clothing, medical support/rehabilitation
• athletes selected by NGB - national governing body

Support provided at two levels:
• podium - podium at next Olympics (2024)
• podium potential - podium at next but one Olympics (2028)
