Pink Coconut Vanilla Foam Top with
DRAFT - Fill coupe from draft (be sure to leave room!), top with Pink Coconut Foam.
BY HAND - Add ice to a shaker and first 2 ingredients, shake to dilute and combine, strain into
coupe glass, top with Pink Coconut Foam.

Ingredients:
Sauza Hacienda Silver Tequila 2 oz
Cranberry Orange Syrup 1 oz
Orange Juice 1 oz
Lime Juice 0.5 oz
DRAFT - Fill a hurricane glass to the rim with ice, fill glass from draft.
BY HAND - Add ice to a shaker and all ingredients, shake to dilute and combine, strain into
hurricane glass over fresh ice.

STEPS
- Add ice to a shaker
- Add all ingredients to the shaker
- Shake hard for 20 seconds to dilute and combine
- Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass

STEPS
- Add ice to shaker
- Add first 2 ingredients to the shaker
- Shake hard for 20 seconds to dilute and combine
- Strain over fresh ice into a clear rocks glass
- Float wine on top

Triple Sec 1 oz
Sour Mix 1.5 oz
Orange Juice 0.5 oz
STEPS:
- Rim a rocks glass (when applicable) and fill with ice

Soda Water Top with
STEPS:
- Rim a rocks glass (when applicable) and fill with ice
- Add ice to a small shaker tin
- Add first 4 ingredients and shake hard to incorporate
- Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice
- Top with soda water
- Lime garnish

Old Fashioned

Orange/Cherry 1 orange, 1 cherry
Simple Syrup 0.25 oz
Angostura Bitters 2 dashes
Whiskey/bourbon/rye of choice 2 oz
STEPS: Build in rocks glass. DO NOT SHAKE
- Add first 3 ingredients to rocks glass
- Muddle then add ice
- Add 2 oz whisky/bourbon/rye of choice
- Stir 10-12 times or until glass is cold
- Do not add extra garnish
Whiskey Sour (traditional)

STEPS
- Add ice to small shaker tin
- Add all 3 ingredients and shake hard until chilled
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
- Garnish w/ lemon wedge

Manhattan
stirred; coupe glass; cherry garnish
Whiskey, Bourbon, or Rye (choice) 2 oz
Sweet Vermouth 1 oz
Angostura Bitters 2 dashes
STEPS
- Chill coupe glass (soda water and ice)
- BUILD IN A LARGE SHAKER
- Add ice, 2 oz of whiskey/bourbon/rye (great chance to upsell!), 1 oz sweet vermouth *,
and 2 dashes of angostura bitters
- Stir 10-12 times (shaker should be very cold to the touch, NEVER SHAKE)
- Strain in chilled coupe glass and garnish with cherry
*Manhattan Options:
- Dry: no vermouth
- Perfect: 0.5o oz sweet vermouth, 0.50 oz dry vermouth

Ginger Beer Top with
STEPS
- Fill a rocks glass w/ ice
- Add first 2 ingredients
- Top w/ ginger beer
- Lime garnish

Hot Toddy

Hot Water Top with
STEPS
- Fill the mug with hot water to heat through
- Dump out the water and add the first 3 ingredients to a mug
- Top w/ fresh hot water then stir to incorporate
- Garnish w/ lemon wedge
Toad:: with whiskers – has a lemonhead cap – and he’s simping over a hot girl – so steam shoots out of his ears
Irish Coffee
mug; whipped cream
Jameson 1.5 oz
Simple Syrup 0.5 oz
Hot Coffee Top with
STEPS
- Fill the mug with hot water to heat through
- Dump out the water and add the first 2 ingredients to a mug
- Top w/ hot coffee then stir to incorporate
- Top w/ whipped cream
peaky blinder:: costume jameson crowder – is simping over the waitress – bringing him his coffee
Cosmopolitan
shaken; coupe glass; lime twist garnish
A Cosmopolitan should be light pink in color, Never a dark pink or red.
(Three squirts of cranberry off the gun into the tin before shaking makes the perfect color)
Vodka 1.5 oz
Cointreau 1 oz
Cranberry juice 0.5 oz
Lime juice 0.5 oz
STEPS
- Add ice and soda water to coupe glass to chill
- Add all ingredients to the shaker tin & shake until cold and the ingredients are incorporated.
- Strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a lime twist

Lemon Drop Martini
shaken; coupe glass; lemon twist garnish
Vodka of choice 1.5 oz
Triple Sec 1 oz
Lemon Juice 0.5 oz
Simple Syrup 0.5 oz
STEPS
- Add ice and soda water to coupe glass to chill
- Add all ingredients to shaker tin & shake until cold and the ingredients are incorporated
- Strain into chilled coupe glass w/ a sugar rim (sugar rim is optional)
- Garnish with lemon twist
Lemon head:: walking in like putin – with triplet secuirty details following in the distance – and he’s leaving behind a trail of lemon juice that makes the security slip – and everyone in the audience is simping hard over him
Martini
stirred; coupe glass; olive or lemon twist garnish
Gin or Vodka 2.5 oz
Dry Vermouth swirl in coupe glass
STEPS
- Add ice and soda water to coupe glass to chill
- Empty coupe glass and add dry vermouth*- just enough to swirl around glass - then dump
any remaining out.
- Add ice to large shaker tin; add 2.5oz of chosen vodka or gin
- Stir rapidly until chilled. If a customer asks for shaken/extra cold, shake accordingly.
- Strain in the coupe glass
- Garnish and serve (ask guest if they prefer olives or lemon twist)
*Martini Options:
- Dirty Martini: Add a half ounce of olive brine to shaker tin
- Filthy Martini: Add an ounce of olive brine to shaker tin
- Dry Martini: Do not add vermouth to glass
- Wet Martini: Add 0.5 oz of vermouth to the shaker tin w/ the vodka or gin

STEPS
- Add ice to rocks glass
- Add first 2 ingredients
- Top with Ginger Beer (NOT GINGER ALE)

Peach Schnapps 0.5 oz
Orange Juice 1 oz
Pineapple Juice 1 oz
Lime Juice 0.25 oz (just a splash)
STEPS
- Add ice to a hurricane glass
- Add all 5 ingredients and shake hard to incorporate
- Strain in the hurricane glass over ice
- Garnish with an orange slice and cherry

Campari 1 oz
STEPS
(Double Rocks glass)
Add ice to a rocks glass
Add all ingredients to rocks glass
Stir until chilled
Garnish w/ wide orange peel

Chill coupe glass
In a pint w/ ice: add 1 oz Gin of choice, 1 oz
sweet vermouth, 1 oz Campari
Stir until chilled. Strain into coupe glass
Garnish w/ wide orange peel

Lime Juice 0.5 oz

STEPS

Add all ingredients to shaker
Shake until cold, strain over fresh ice
Garnish with lime

Chill coupe glass
Add all ingredients to shaker
Shake hard until chilled
Empty coupe glass, and pour drink
through strainer into glass
Garnish with lime
