That a player may not marshal or play more than one limited card during each round. And they may also not put more than one of these during the setup phase.

What does pillage on a card mean?
If you win with a card that has pillage you may discard one card off the top of your opponents deck

What does stealth on a card mean?
If you attack with a character with stealth, then you may choose one of your opponents characters without stealth that is not allowed to defend.

What does terminal on an attachment card mean?
If an attachment with terminal leaves play, it is discarded and does not go back to a players hand.
