The throw you use when you are in trouble and being guarded by someone very closely
It is a short pass that is a little flick of the wrist
What is the hammer throw?
A throw that is used not often and mainly when you are in trouble

What is the spirt of the game?
Fairness, and honesty, playing by the rules, and playing hard. It means that you are competitive and fair. You call your own fouls and have to make sure that you are playing with dignity, no cheating, and no name calling and have fun!
How do you begin a ultimate frisbee game?
With a pull. It is the same as a kick off in football, because you don’t have to catch it. You pick it up from the ground and pass it to your team mates.
