Mindless eating on weekends…
Will prevent me from lowering my threshold weight.
What is the effect of believing negative thoughts and of changing my thinking pattern?
I can not reach goal range because I can’t be successful or deserve to be successful. I more comfortable with self scrutiny than self acceptance .

Thinking errors
My helpful hints are not working .
Sure I can eat in BBC .
Face reality ! My goal is is to lose weight, it’s not okay to eat unplanned food .
My history has taught me making spontaneous decisions to go off my plan does not work!
The scale will reflect that tomorrow!
What was the situation ? What happened?
Unplanned dining out. Try to eat close to what was planned on menu.
Sabotaging thoughts ?
I’m sitting at the bar & have not had a margarita in ages. I’ll order a skinny marg.
What can I say or do differently next time?
I need a plan even for unplanned dieting. Order pelligrino or something non alcoholic. Let urge pass.
My body dose not care what everyone around me is eating.

It’s only a pretzel crumb. It can’t be more than 20 calories. It’s not the calories that should be your primary concern… It’s the HABIT
