The complete state of physical, metal and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease of infirmity.

Fairness and social justice. Focused on disadvantaged groups

Opportunitie to have knowledge and skills that help to enter the work force. Increases ability to earn income and have an adequate health literacy.
