Overall intention

A

In my opinion, the White Rabbit solo featured in the ballet ‘ Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland’ choreographed by Christopher Wheeldon portrays the story of the White Rabbit preparing the court room for the trial of the knave. He begins by bringing on his cart and setting up the equipment and cleaning. The rabbit looks around checking he hasn’t forgotten anything because the Queen of Hearts is a tyrant and commonly beheads people that have not followed orders. As the dance progresses, the Rabbit has a growing angst for the incoming of the trial, making sure that he hasn’t missed anything, and the court room is ready for the trail.
