  • dairy keeps bones strong and healthy prevents injury, vitamin d
  • hydration to replace lost fluids when we sweat and lose water to prevent lactic acidosis build up (prevents dizziness, mantains mental and physical performance)

  • rolling to the floor (gently lower to the floor, bending knees and rolling onto your thigh not on your knees, use hands for support)
