Bank and Payment Inquiries: (CONSPAY)
Path: A/P - A/R Accounting > Inquiries > Payments

We use the Inquiries Function in the:
A/P - A/R Accounting > Inquiries to view Information Specific to Payments, Invoices and Banks.

We use: (CONSPAY) Function to quickly search the Payments referring to the Invoices and to be able to Consult them.
– This Inquiry goes hand in hand with the Invoice Inquiry.
– It is possible to switch directly from the Payment Inquiry to the Invoice Inquiry using the Action button on a given Payment line.

  • We use Invoices (CONSFAC) Function to quickly look for Invoices and view any payments associated with them.
    – This Inquiry goes hand in hand with the Payment Inquiry.
    – It is possible to directly switch from the Invoice Inquiry to the Payment Inquiry.
  • Banks (CONSBAN) Function, is used to view the transactions for a given Bank.
    – Besides viewing the Payments remitted to the Bank, it is possible to Consult Payment forecasts whatever they are: Supplier or Customer Payments, Rents, Loans, Salaries, etc.
    – Checks (CONSCHQ) Function, allows you to view Information about Checks, including Status, Check Type, Pay-to, Clear/Void date, Payment Status, Amount, and Currency.
    – Banking Position: (CONSBTR) Function, allows you to view Information about the Bank Position.
    —- This includes Sales Account Forecasts, Purchases Cash Forecasts, Purchases Account Forecasts and Sales Cash Forecasts.
