A
Connective tissue disorder of senility.
The LR-SR band is a band of connective tissue that suspends the LR from the SR muscle in orbit.
With age, the band degenerates, stretches, and displaces LR muscle inferiorly.
Divergence insufficiency SOT (Dis SOT).
