Mirapoix
Mirapoix, A finely chopped mixture of onion, celery, and carrot. Also known as the Holy Trinity.
Cajun Trinity differs by using 2 parts onion, 1 part celery and 1 part carrot.

Mornay
Traditionally a
Mornay Sauce is a creamy white sauce with grated cheese added. The foundation of Mornay sauce is a béchamel, which is a classic white sauce made by melting butter, whisking in flour to form a roux, then gradually adding milk while whisking.
Our sauce does not have a roux. It is GLUTEN FREE!!!!!

Scampi, Butter based sauce with garlic, white wine, lemon juice, and herb such as parsley.
