Inexpensive sparkling, lower-quality wine, red/white/sweet/sparkling. It’s located completely on the plateau making easy farming/higher yields

Red wine mostly (Cab franc) Easy drinking. But makes great Chenin on the limestone soils (Saumur Blanc)
