Why are fruit and veg near the front of the shop?
Fruit and veg has association with freshness
What is at the front of the super market?
A clear space for customers to adjust to the atmosphere, the heating will also blow warm air on the customers which is very welcoming
How are products placed on the shelves?
More expensive on at eye level in the middle. Products for kids low down
Why are bread and milk at back?
They are essential so people see more stuff on their way there
